Production and exploration wells

A full range of well logging methods is performed using the latest samples of integrated domestic equipment of the URAL 100 type, including electric logging: K1, A-723-MIN (BKZ + PS + BK + IR + INCL.), E35HS (BKZ + PS + BK + 2IK), E49S (double lateral logging), E32S, E42C (electric scanner). In studies using radioactive logging methods, in addition to the traditional methods (GK, OGK, KNK, GKKP), litho-density and spectrometric logging (GKK LP, GK S) are carried out. In complex geological sections, a borehole acoustic TV, tilt measurement and spectrometric OGC are used.

To record logging data, the Hektor, Cedar, and Volcano ground-based computerized logging systems are used. GIS data is transmitted from the rig to the Processing and Interpretation Center via communication channels.

Through the use of complex equipment and new methods, it is possible to significantly increase the productivity and information content of research. An operational report is issued within 4 hours after the receipt of the GIS materials at the Processing and Interpretation Center. The coefficient of confirmation of conclusions is 0.97-1.0.

Tasks to be solved:

  • lithologic-stratigraphic sectional partition;
  • quantitative determination of filtration-capacitive properties (Kgl, Kp, Kn);
  • determination of the component composition of the rock skeleton and the structure of the cavity;
  • assessment of the nature of the saturation of reservoirs.

Heavily flat, horizontal wells and lateral horizontal trunks

The full range of studies in horizontal wells is provided by the Lateral technological complex developed by Permneftegeofiziki experts. The complex is protected by patents of the Russian Federation and, unlike existing ones, allows you to deliver any geophysical instruments and apparatus to the bottom of the wells using small diameter tubing and perform the necessary complex of studies of existing and drilled wells, including horizontal lateral shafts, using standard geophysical instruments from their length and weight.

For researching wells with overpressure at the wellhead (drilling on depressions, fountain wells, and injection wells), the equipment for sealing the mouth and pushing devices has been developed, which has no analogues in Russia.

Studies of horizontal wells with a small length of horizontal sections and very gentle can also be performed using a rigid geophysical cable.

Wellbore inclinometry

Well construction on the territory of the Verkhnekamsk potassium salt field places high demands on the control of the spatial location of their shafts. Inclinometric measurements are carried out using the latest developments of borehole inclinometers, including those with lithological reference for GC (ION - 1, ION - 2, IMMM - 73, MIN). Gyroscopic inclinometers are used for measurements in wells cased by steel columns.

Hydrodynamic studies by pipe testers

They are performed by creating a deep depression on the formation, a multi-cycle call for the influx of formation fluid and sampling, with the mandatory registration of pressure diagrams at the bottom and in the pipes and determination of the hydrodynamic parameters of the formation.

Tasks to be solved:

  • separation of reservoirs into productive and aquifers;
  • Establishment of the nature of formation saturation;
  • determination of the hydrodynamic parameters of the reservoir and its borehole zone;
  • assessment of changes in hydrodynamic parameters in the borehole and remote zones of the reservoir;
  • cleaning of the near-well zone to intensify oil production;
  • reservoir fluid sampling

Geological, technological and geochemical studies

Research is carried out using modern stations equipped with a full range of technical means (sensors). Information is transmitted to customers through communication channels.

During the GTI, it is provided:

  • implementation of a full range of technological and geological-geochemical studies;
  • display of current technological information on the driller’s board;
  • carrying out inclinometric measurements using downhole inclinometric systems;
  • the organization of the workplace of the drill master with the provision of all necessary information;
  • video surveillance of the execution of technological operations by employees of the drilling crew and its documentation;
  • continuous analysis of gas in the washing liquid;
  • selection and description of core and sludge;
  • interpretation of geological, geochemical and technological data.

If necessary, it is possible to conduct inclinometric measurements using downhole telesystems.
