It is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of ACCIONA, S.A., and is listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange (ticker: ANE). The company is the world’s largest utility with no fossil fuel legacy, operating exclusively in renewable energy. Its business covers the entire value chain: project development, engineering, construction, operation, maintenance, asset management, and power sales.
