FIMET (Fabbrica Italiana Motori Elettrici Torino) is a historic Italian company founded in 1910 in Turin and now headquartered in Bra (Cuneo). It specialises in the design and manufacture of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage three‑phase electric motors, gearboxes, geared motors, and complete drive systems. With over a century of experience, FIMET has established itself as a high‑quality European manufacturer serving demanding industries such as steel, cement, mining, oil & gas, chemical processing, food & beverage, water treatment, energy generation, and general industrial automation. The company produces motors from 0.045 kW up to 1,600 kW, including high‑efficiency IE2/IE3 models, water‑cooled motors (WM series), ATEX‑certified explosion‑proof motors, and custom‑designed solutions.
