GAMAK is Turkey’s leading electric motor manufacturer, founded in 1961. With a comprehensive product range from 0.06 kW to 4000 kW, it meets almost all industrial motor requirements. The company is one of the few in the world that produces its own copper wire. Its main manufacturing plant, located in Istanbul, covers an area of 145,000 m² and employs nearly 1,000 staff. GAMAK‘s product portfolio spans low-voltage and medium-voltage motors, featuring energy efficiency classes from IE1 to IE4. Since 2018, it has applied its expertise to wind energy, producing the first locally-designed wind turbine generators.
