This is the "youngest" model in our mud pump line. The NB-32, as its name suggests, is suitable for applications where 32 kW of power is sufficient. It is primarily used in the oil and gas industry to deliver drilling fluid to the well during drilling and to enhance oil production.

However, its design and characteristics also proved useful in other areas, so the NB-32 gained a certain popularity in the chemical, food and construction industries: wherever a powerful pump is required for pumping non-aggressive liquids.

Equipment

The NB-32 pump is a horizontal pump with a gear reducer and pneumatic compensator. It consists of two main units:

• A drive that provides movement of the pistons;
• The hydraulic unit in which the liquid is pumped.

Both units are mounted on a single frame. The pump can pump liquids in both directions and consists of two cylinders. A pneumatic compensator reduces flow unevenness to virtually zero. The NB-32 pump is available in several configurations, depending on the specific operating conditions.

Modifications with variable pulley, pneumatic and friction clutch placement, and pressure gauge are available. This allows for quick and easy integration into any configuration of geological exploration and oilfield units, as well as other industrial complexes and systems.

Service

In terms of durability, the NB-32 pump is a very reliable, simple, and efficient mechanism. It is made of high-quality materials and requires only regular maintenance:

• Cleaning and washing of safety valve parts;
• Oil changes every 6 months (depending on season);
• Monitoring the condition of working surfaces and parts.

Routine maintenance is required no earlier than after 500 hours of operation, and major repairs are required after 2,500 hours. These are excellent figures, suitable for most industries requiring such a pump.
