Flexsoil Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide
FlexSoil hydrolyzed polyacrylamide is a white granule that improves all mortar properties and is effective as a clay inhibitor.
FlexSoil should be added to drilling fluids slowly and evenly through a funnel. The product is added directly to the drilling fluid at a concentration of 0.03-0.05% (0.3-0.5 kilograms per 1 m³).
The reagent is compatible with other reagents and materials used for treating drilling fluids. Working concentrations largely depend on application conditions and are selected individually.
Advantages:
✔ Encapsulates drilled rock;
✔ Facilitates removal of solid phase;
✔ Inhibits shale swelling;
✔ Reduces the time of penetration;
✔ Stabilizes borehole walls, including in solutions without a solid phase, ensuring stable adhesion of soil particles;
✔ Reduces rotational force and friction thanks to a thin filter cake with high lubricating properties.
