Bentonite Bentex®-AM
BENTEX®-AM, a universal multi-component reagent, is a bentonite-based mixture that is effective for preparing drilling fluids when drilling in geological sections: weakly bound sandstones, permafrost and unstable rocks, active young clays, fractured limestones, gypsum, dolomites, etc. − when drilling intervals where the following complications are possible: wellbore collapses and collapses, mud absorption, excessive cavern formations, and problems associated with sludge transportation.
Drilling fluid prepared on the basis of the complex reagent BENTEX®-AM provides:
✓ Removal of drilled rock and borehole.
✓ Keeping drilled particles in suspension.
✓ Maintaining wellbore stability.
✓ Reservoir pressure control.
✓ Cooling, lubrication and maintenance of the bit and drilling assembly.
✓ Transfer of hydraulic energy to the tool and bit.
Characteristics of drilling fluid based on BENTEX® at a concentration of 2.5%:
