Technical characteristics of Bioming

Bioming inhibitor grades "A" and "B" are highly effective compositions of natural amides and polyesters with modifying additives. Bioming grades "A" and "B" provide solutions for a wide range of well drilling applications, the most important of which are:

— Inhibition of swelling of clay minerals, ensuring the stability of well walls composed of unstable hygroscopic clay rocks;

— Reduction in drilling mud production due to increased carrying capacity as a result of preventing dispersion of clay slurry;

— Creation of a drilling mud flow velocity profile in a well close to pseudo-plastic, which ensures effective cleaning of the borehole even at significant zenith angles (30 ^° and higher);

— The introduction of Bioming reagent grades “A” and “B” into polymer-clay drilling fluids significantly improves their anti-sealing and anti-sticking properties, thus reducing the likelihood of drilling tool snagging;

— The Bioming composition, grades "A" and "B," effectively reduces the structural, mechanical, and rheological properties of drilling fluids saturated with a colloidal clay phase. This also reduces the drilling fluid's filtration rate.

— The Bioming composition of grades "A" and "B" ensures high-quality primary opening of low-permeability productive reservoirs, hydrophobizing the walls of oil- and gas-bearing capillaries, and also reducing the interfacial tension of the drilling mud filtrate at the boundary with the hydrocarbon phase.

How to use Bioming

The optimal method for introducing Bioming grades "A" and "B" into the drilling fluid is to treat the active measuring tank through a hydraulic funnel. Bioming grades "A" and "B" must be introduced strictly according to the cycle.

The optimal concentration of Bioming grades "A" and "B" in drilling fluid is 0.2–0.5% by volume. If signs of wellbore collapse appear, the concentration of Bioming grades "A" and "B" can be increased to 1–2%.
