Application

Installation and commissioning

• Connection to a three-phase 380 V network.
• Connecting the control system and testing heating up to 1200 °C in idle mode.
• Integration of temperature control sensors in the working chamber.

The equipment can be integrated into automated production lines.

Operation
During operation, general safety requirements for electric furnaces must be observed: grounding must be monitored, the insulation of heating elements must be checked, control systems must be regularly checked, and the maximum temperature must not be exceeded. Maintenance must be performed with the power off and personal protective equipment must be used.
