The Helical Planetary Gearbox is a high-performance, high-power-density transmission solution designed for the most demanding industrial applications. It features a helical stage as the input, which provides a significant power-to-weight ratio advantage. A key differentiator is its offset input and output shafts, making it the optimal solution when the drive motor and the equipment shaft are not aligned, eliminating the need for additional adapters. The design delivers high torque transmission and maximum reliability. Gearbox units range from size 20 to 106, offering torque ratings from 57 kNm up to 6,700 kNm and handling power inputs as high as 34,850 kW. With nominal gear ratios from 16 up to 1,600, it can achieve the nearest required ratio for precise speed control.
