The AISE Series Mill Duty DC Motor is a rugged, heavy‑duty DC motor designed for demanding industrial applications such as steel mills, rolling mills, and mining equipment. The motor conforms to BS 5000 / IS 4722 standards and is available with Class F or Class H insulation. Armature voltage ranges from 110 V to 1000 V, and field voltage from 180 V to 360 V. Cooling options include IC 01, IC 06, IC 0041, IC 0666, IC W37A86, IC 17, and IC 44, with protection ratings up to IP 23, IP 44, or IP 54. Mounting configurations available include B3, B35, B5, V1, and V5. The motor is offered in frame sizes 802 to 824, covering a power range from 1.5 kW to 970 kW.
