IBD5670 Integrated Brushless Servomotor (1.22 Nm)

The IBD5670 is an integrated brushless servomotor developed and manufactured by CMZ, a brand of Soga Energy Team. This model features a decentralized architecture with reduced wiring and integrates the drive electronics directly into the motor housing, eliminating the need for a separate drive cabinet. The motor is programmable according to IEC61131 standard and offers maximum power concentration in a compact 60 mm flange size. It delivers a continuous stall torque of 1.22 Nm and a peak torque of 3.6 Nm at a rated speed of 3000 rpm. Feedback is provided by a HIPERFACE absolute encoder (single or multiturn) for precise position control. The motor features on-board digital I/Os (3 inputs, 2 outputs, 1 programmable I/O), EtherCAT and CANopen interfaces, and STO safety function (2 channels, SIL3 pending). Protection class is IP65, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments, and certifications include CE and UL.
