B_J / B_JH – Low Voltage (B_J) / Medium Voltage (B_JH) Electric Motors

The B_J / B_JH series comprises high‑performance electric motors designed for demanding industrial applications. The B_J series operates at Low Voltage, while the B_JH series is designed for Medium Voltage applications. These motors deliver power up to 3500 kW at voltages up to 6600 V. They are available in frame sizes from 315 to 630, with 4 to 14 poles, and operate at 50 Hz, 60 Hz, or variable speed. The motors feature a protection degree of IP55 or IP56, cooling method IC 71W, and are built with a welded steel enclosure. They are designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and with water temperatures up to 50°C. Bearing options include antifriction bearings or sleeve bearings (from frame 355). Applications include cement, manufacturing processes, metals, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, sugar mills, water pumping and treatments, propulsion, thrusters, dredge pumps, hybrid machines, and PTO-PTI systems.
