The DAK120-180-1.5 D, P1 single-phase asynchronous electric motor is designed for use in activator-type household washing machines and is also used in liquid filling and capping lines. The motor is a single-phase asynchronous capacitor-coupled motor in which the rotor speed does not match the stator magnetic field speed.
