Electric Centrifugal pump (ECP) of two-Bearing and single-Bearing design

Submersible centrifugal pumps manufactured by Novye Tekhnologii LLC are used to lift formation fluid (a mixture of oil, associated water, and petroleum gas) under both standard and challenging operating conditions. These pumps are designed for oil production and reservoir pressure maintenance (RPM). They are available in size groups 5 and 5A, with capacities ranging from 15 to 800 cubic meters per day and heads up to 3,600 meters. A wide range of pumps allows for the selection of equipment for virtually any operating condition. The pumps are manufactured in a sectional design, with flange-to-body connections. Each pump consists of an upper section (with a fishing head for attaching the pump to the tubing), middle sections, an inlet module, a gas separator (specified separately when ordering), a check valve, and a drain valve. The check valves are highly leak-proof, allowing for pressure testing of tubing. The inlet fine filtration module (IFFM) is used to prevent solid mechanical impurities with a particle cross-section larger than 0.1 or 0.2 mm from entering the pumping elements. For high gas content, a gas separator can be included in the pump. Pump sections are available in various lengths, ensuring optimal pump selection for any well. Intermediate radial bearings are installed along the entire length of each section, and reliable and long-lasting operation is ensured by optimal spacing between the radial bearings.
