The PCC1-40-3E is a continuous conveyor oven designed for high‑volume thermal processing of similar products. Features high‑volume vertical down airflow for superior temperature uniformity. Ideal for pre‑heating, curing, bonding, drying and heat treating. Includes HEPA filtration on recirculation air for Class 1000 workspace environment and stainless steel construction. Max temperature 260°C (500°F). Features a touchscreen interface with recipe programming, temperature and belt speed control, real‑time trend displays, onboard data logging, and MODBUS/Ethernet connectivity. Chamber volume 4 cu. ft. (113 L).
