Benchtop Industrial Oven

Gruenberg's benchtop industrial ovens are designed for a variety of thermal processing applications in laboratory and light industrial settings. These compact units reach maximum temperatures up to 1,200°F (649°C), suitable for processes such as general lab work, component testing, aging, core hardening, drying, preheating, stress relieving, and annealing. With optional features, they can also be configured for paint baking, plastic and rubber curing, sterilizing, and textile drying. The ovens feature heavy-duty fully welded structural steel frames and CHIL construction with separated insulated inner and outer surfaces to minimise heat transfer. Removable side and back walls facilitate easy maintenance, while the insulation is moisture-proof, non-combustible, non-settling, and asbestos-free. The heating system utilises energy-efficient Incoloy® sheathed seamless tubular heaters suspended in the plenum adjacent to the process chamber, eliminating radiant influence on the work in process. A high-volume horizontal airflow system ensures uniform heat distribution while optimising heating and drying efficiencies. Standard equipment includes 4-inch insulation, 20-gauge aluminized steel interior, 14-gauge cold-rolled steel exterior with painted blue finish, perforated diffuser walls, direct drive circulation, natural intake and exhaust with adjustable dampers, a right-hand hinged front door, interior shelf slides, two perforated aluminized steel trays, and a full-perimeter door gasket. Standard electrical equipment includes a NEMA 1 control box, electric heat rated at 480V/3Ph/60Hz, an airflow switch, sheathed Incoloy heaters, SCR protection, and lighted power and heat on/off switches. The CHIL construction with silicone rubber gaskets (on ovens up to 650°F) ensures consistent processing and reduces the load on air-conditioning equipment.
