Industrial Cabinet Oven (Reach‑In Oven)

Gruenberg's industrial cabinet ovens (reach‑in ovens) accommodate a comprehensive range of thermal processing applications with maximum temperatures up to 1,200°F (649°C). These heavy-duty units are ideally suited for annealing, aging, core hardening, drying, preheating, curing, and component testing. With optional features, the cabinet ovens can be configured for epoxy, plastic, and rubber curing; paint and varnish baking; textile drying; and sterilizing. The ovens feature heavy-duty fully welded structural steel frames and CHIL construction with separated insulated inner and outer surfaces to minimise heat transfer. Removable side and back walls facilitate easy maintenance, while the insulation is moisture-proof, non-combustible, non-settling, and asbestos-free. The heating system utilises low-watt density Incoloy® sheathed seamless tubular heaters encased in fully welded tubular stainless steel sleeves for extended service life. A high-volume horizontal airflow system with a centrifugal blower wheel ensures maximum temperature uniformity and efficient heat distribution. Differential air pressure switches alert the user to any loss of airflow. Standard instrumentation includes a Honeywell DR4300 chart recorder for data logging. The ovens incorporate air intake and exhaust ports with dampers, a circulation motor jackshaft bearing cooling blower for ovens operating at 800°F to 1,200°F, and a Watlow Din‑a‑Mite Power Controller for precise power management. The CHIL construction with silicone rubber gaskets (on ovens up to 650°F) ensures consistent processing.
