Wit‑1160 — Walk‑In Environmental Test Chamber

The Tenney WIT‑1160 is a large‑capacity walk‑in environmental test chamber designed for testing large components and equipment against humidity, temperature, and various climate conditions. This model provides a spacious 1,160‑cubic‑foot workspace with interior dimensions of 142.5″ × 146.5″ × 96″ (W×D×H). The chamber features automated process control, energy efficiency, and a vast range of features and options. Temperature ranges are available with single‑stage refrigeration (-32°C to +85°C) or cascade refrigeration (-68°C to +85°C). Humidity range is 20% to 95% RH in the temperature range of 20°C to 70°C, limited by a 5°C dew point, with optional dry bulb temperature range to 85°C with RH control. Floor support is rated at 750 lb/ft² of equally distributed weight. Construction features tongue and groove chamber panels with stainless steel interior walls and galvanized exterior walls, 4″ urethane foam insulated wall panels, and an insulated/heated window in the chamber door. Air circulation is provided by high volume horizontal‑down type airflow with two centrifugal type blower wheels. The standard door is 36″ × 77″, with larger options available. The chamber is controlled by the Synergy Quattro touch screen controller.
