Composite Curing Oven (Out of Autoclave — OOA)

Wisconsin Oven's composite curing ovens are designed to cure, anneal, dry, and/or harden synthetic and composite materials. These out of autoclave (OOA) ovens are a cost‑effective alternative to high‑pressure autoclave curing, using vacuum bag only (VBO) technology with tight vacuum tolerances. Available in electrically heated, gas‑fired, or indirect gas‑fired configurations. Features a combination airflow arrangement ensuring even and uniform heat distribution throughout the work chamber, providing quicker heating rates and recovery times. Typically guaranteed and certified for ±5°F at 350°F temperature uniformity, with other tolerances and certifications available. Equipped with the Wisconsin Oven Premium Control System (WPCS) based on Rockwell PLC technology, providing high‑level monitoring of temperature and vacuum, generating detailed reports that meet AMS2750 requirements. Allows control based on air temperature or part temperature with single or multi‑zone options, leading, lagging, and controlled ramping. Optimized for filament winding and honeycomb panel curing applications.
