The 1512GSH2FL is a fully integrated batch furnace system designed for efficient and economical processing of materials under hydrogen atmosphere at high temperatures. The system combines all necessary components in a compact frame. Features hanging molybdenum heating elements for reducing and inert atmospheres. Maximum operating temperature is 1450°C (2640°F). Includes an atmosphere mixing panel for pure hydrogen or reducing/inert gas mixtures. Safety is prioritized with automatic protection systems. Controlled by an Allen‑Bradley PLC with touchscreen interface.
