The Ultra Centrifugal Mill ZM 300 is a powerful rotor mill designed for high-speed grinding of soft to medium-hard, fibrous, and temperature-sensitive materials. It features variable speed from 6,000 to 23,000 rpm, allowing for gentle, neutral-to-analysis sample preparation. The grinding process involves a two-step mechanism: the sample is first pre-crushed by impact with the rotor teeth moving at high speed, then finely ground between the rotor and the ring sieve. The patented cassette system ensures maximum sample recovery and easy cleaning. Ring sieves with aperture sizes from 0.08 to 10 mm allow for defined final fineness.
