Ramantouch Confocal Laser Scanning Raman Microscope

The RAMANtouch is an advanced confocal Raman microscope that provides high-speed Raman imaging using patented laser scanning technology. The instrument uses line-shaped laser illumination and a two-dimensional CCD to capture 400 spectra in one exposure. Laser scanning via galvanometer scanners achieves rapid and accurate Raman imaging of hundreds of thousands of pixels within minutes. The system offers three measurement modes: Laser Line Scanning for high-speed imaging with high spectral and spatial resolution, Point Scanning for quick overview images, and AreaFlash measurement for ultra-fast measurements of large areas. Confocal optics enable non-destructive 3D Raman imaging of transparent samples. Depth profiling in the XZ plane enables analysis of multilayer films with detection of ultra-thin layers as fine as 250 nm. The instrument features auto-calibration and auto-alignment. The laser beam is incident perpendicular to the observation plane for precision across the entire field of view.
