• The solid phase beaten off by cones is additionally dried directly on the grid panels of the vibrating screen, while maintaining an expensive drilling fluid;

Optimum operation of the sand separator and sludge separator is achieved by using a correctly selected size of centrifugal pumps to create the necessary inlet pressure. Our specialists will select both centrifugal pumps and all piping lines to achieve maximum plant performance.

The cones of the sand separator and desilter are made of durable polyurethane, thereby ensuring their reliable long-term operation at a high solution temperature and an increased content of abrasive particles. Cone does not have moving parts, easy to maintain and replace.
