Drill pipe sub

Drill string adapters are manufactured in the following types:

P - transitional (coupling-nipple);
M - coupling;
N - nipple.

Subs for drill strings are made in accordance with GOST 7360-82 from steel grade 40XH, 40XH2MA or other nickel-containing steel grades. Sub, not provided by GOST, are made on the basis of drawings developed and agreed with the customer.

To increase the resource of sub, all elements of threaded connections are phosphated.

The production of sub according to the standard of the American Petroleum Institute APISpec 7 "Drilling tool accessories" of types A, B, C and D with threads NC26 - NC50 (2 3/8 IF - 4 1/2 IF, FH), APIRegc upset or inward ends (EU, IU and IEU).

When ordering products should be guided by the conventions according to GOST:

Transitional sub with lock thread coupling Z-133, nipple Z-147: Sub P 133/147 GOST 7360-82

Clutch sub with locking thread Z-177 coupling, Z-171 coupling: GOST 7360-82 M 177/171 sub

Nipple sub with left locking thread nipple Z-147, nipple Z-171: Sub H 147/171 L GOST 7360-82
