The rectifier VD-306 and U3 is designed to supply DC electric arc for manual arc welding, cutting and surfacing of metals.

The rectifier is designed to work indoors, subject to the following conditions:

- height above sea level, no more than 1000 m;

- ambient temperature from minus 40˚ to plus 40˚C;

- relative air humidity not more than 80% at plus 15˚С;

- The rectifier may not be used in explosive atmospheres, as well as in media containing corrosive vapors and gases that destroy metals and insulation.
