Reciprocating Compressor units

Today, the compressor production of the Borets plant offers more than 80 models of industrial reciprocating compressor units:
General industrial purpose - for air compression (discharge pressure not more than 0.9 MPa);
Special purpose - for air compression (discharge pressure over 0.9 MPa);
Gas - for compressing various gases, including aggressive, poisonous, explosive, inert and toxic;
Boosters - air and gas.
Piston compressor units are produced on bases 2M40 or 4M40 (opposed) and 2P or 5P (angular). Depending on the model, the compressors have discharge pressure up to 40.1 MPa and capacity from 4 to 54 m ³ /min.
All models of reciprocating compressor units can be produced:
With lubrication of cylinders and glands - are used when the presence of oil vapors is allowed in the compressed air.
Without lubrication of cylinders and glands - are used when the presence of oil vapors in the compressed air is not allowed.
Without lubrication of cylinders and glands for the compression of dry gases - they are used when the compressed gas has a moisture content of not more than 30% and the presence of oil vapors is not allowed.
Reciprocating compressor units can be equipped with an automatic control and protection system, both serially manufactured and individually developed according to customer requirements. The cooling system of the units is determined by the customer and can be water or air.
Delivery of reciprocating compressor units is possible in the climatic version required by the customer.
The delivery set of compressor units is determined individually for each customer based on his wishes and requirements.
All reciprocating compressor units have been fully certified by Rostekhnadzor and have a Certificate of Conformity and a Permit for Use.
Specialists of Borets LLC carry out supervised installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment. Service maintenance is carried out during the entire period of operation of the installation.
