ECO-MUD is an acrylic polymer used in clay drilling fluids to prevent swelling of active clays and sticking of drilled rock to the tool and column.

ECO-MUD minimizes the problem of narrowing the borehole and flushing the walls. The emulsion retains fluid properties at low temperatures (up to minus 35 ° C) and has a high dissolution rate in water, which allows you to work with it in difficult climatic conditions.

ECO-MUD allows you to completely clean horizontal wells from drill cuttings, strengthen the walls of the well, reduce the coefficient of friction between the wall and the pipe, and eliminate other complications that usually occur during the construction of pipelines.

Instruction for use

Stir thoroughly before use!
Additives should be added to the mixed bentonite solution slowly and with the mixer turned on.
Dosages of ECO-MUD in solution are 0.5 - 2 kg / m ³ .
In difficult soils, an addition of up to 5 kg / m ³ is possible
