Pumping Station

Performs the following functions:

pumping fresh and formation water and for feeding it to the intake of injection wells in the formation pressure maintenance system;

pumping of oil, pumping of purified oil effluents and liquids that are similar in viscosity and chemical activity;

river water intake and pumping into the reservoir pressure maintenance system

pumping gas-liquid mixtures from production wells to existing oil preparation units without preliminary gas separation;

condensate pumping;

collection of household wastewater and pumping it to treatment facilities;

pumping water and a foaming agent solution that has properties similar to water in viscosity and chemical activity.

Equipment:

The station equipment is mounted on a welded frame, is located in a heat-insulated room and includes:

• pumping units;
• pipeline lines;
• shut-off and control valves for pipelines;
• filters;
• sensors and automation alarms;
• ventilation, heating and lighting system;
• Other equipment at customer's request.

Technical solutions for the measurement system are implemented in accordance with TU 3666-014-55402257-2013 “Pumping stations Technical conditions”.
