Double Girder Overhead Cranes

Double-girder bridge cranes are used in industrial and large commercial facilities for handling loads weighing up to 250 tons. Automatic welding of longitudinal and transverse seams ensures high quality of structural elements. The model is manufactured using the slipway assembly method at the high-tech sites of Iteco Crane and undergoes stage-by-stage production control. The standard configuration of a double-girder bridge crane includes: two span beams with a service platform along one of the beams, end trolleys with drive mechanisms, a load trolley that can have either a hoisting mechanism or a classic kinematic lifting scheme, current supply to the crane trolley, the crane can be controlled from the cabin or from the floor. All our cranes have the following configuration by default: Box-type span beam. Current supply system to the hoist: flat flexible cable moving along the C-profile. Disc brakes on all travel and lifting mechanisms. Load limiter to protect the lifting mechanism from overload. Limit switches. Limit switches for the upper and lowermost hook positions. Painting of the crane metal structures with primer-enamel. The paint is applied to the cleaned metal surface by shot blasting in two layers of 60 microns. To expand the functionality of the standard model bridge, you can buy attachments such as a grab, traverse, electromagnet and spreader. Available additional options: operator panel with monitor; protection against load swinging; precise load positioning function; mechanisms for moving at the main and reduced speed; weighing system with data output to the monitor screen or panel; classic detailed lifting and moving diagram; additional second brake for lifting; manual brake release; protection against load collisions; synchronization of two or more mechanisms; bearing and/or wheel flange lubrication system; design for operation in explosive and/or fire hazardous conditions.
