TKZ offers to buy modern marine cranes. TKZ is an innovative enterprise with a wide range of production of lifting equipment for various purposes for leading industries. Taking into account the current import substitution policy, the production of marine and offshore cranes has been established in cooperation with Sormec (Italy). Modern machine park, own design bureau, as well as technical partnership with the largest foreign company allow TKZ to manufacture and supply high-quality lifting equipment of any complexity according to European standards. In order to increase the depth of localization in the production of marine and offshore cranes and expand the range of manufactured products, in 2013 the plant acquired a 3 hectare site for the construction of a new workshop. Currently, this territory houses two test stands for marine cranes. MARINE CRANES OFFSHORE CRANES Functions of marine cranes Marine cranes are special lifting devices installed on vessels adapted for this purpose. The main function of a ship crane is to lift various cargo on board a ship or unload cargo overboard. In most cases, a ship crane has a structure similar to a cantilever crane on a column. Both its design and technical equipment depend on the type of work the ship crane must perform. The crane console can be solid, retractable or folding, as well as a combination of retractable and folding consoles. The selection of the crane type, its equipment and console device is made based on its operating conditions and functional requirements. TKZ can supply a full range of cranes in accordance with the Customer's requirements and satisfy any of his requests. The range of manufactured products is quite wide, ranging from small loading cranes with a lifting capacity of 10 metric tons to drilling platform cranes with a lifting capacity of 4,000 metric tons. Each crane is developed individually, but the general purpose is cargo handling, any modernization of the cargo suspension organs is possible for boats, lifeboats, various underwater and surface marine vehicles. Upon individual request, certification of cranes by various maritime registers is provided.
