The software package "Formation of production reporting on well construction - WellReport LP" (PC "WellReport LP") ensures complete documentation of all works and operations carried out at the drilling site during the construction of oil and gas wells. The package can be used by the Customer's specialists, as well as, upon agreement with the Customer, by specialists from other service companies in the oil and gas industry. Running on the Astra Linux operating system (Orel or Smolensk) and using the PostgreSQL 14 or newer database, PC "WellReport LP" serves as the main source of information for compiling all reports from production facilities. This package is also an information base for performing technical and economic analysis of the enterprise's activities and assessing the quality of the work and research performed. The software package is intended for work by supervisors, operators of GTI stations, specialists of geological and technological services of oil and gas producing enterprises, construction contractors and service geophysical companies. The scope of application of the WellReport LP PC is rig installation work, construction, testing, development of wells, geological and technological and geophysical studies of wells.

Functionality

PC "WellReport LP" consists of the following programs:

  • "PvNavigator" is designed to create a database of primary information at the drilling site.

  • "WellProject" is designed to maintain and record design data on well construction, and to generate the "Drilling Program" document. Users can specify a detailed design description of the well construction process, process parameters, drilling and processing intervals, and drilling mud parameters. Generate a LKS schedule for optimal construction planning.

  • "WellReport" is designed to maintain and record actual data on well construction, recording of production volumes and non-production volumes with an indication of the share of responsibility; drilling equipment (and monitoring of production time), personnel and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

    Users can comprehensively describe the well construction process for each operation, specify the equipment used, determine the process parameters used during the operations, generate drilling start and end reports, NPT reports, promptly inform well supervisors about NPT cases, describe the BHA and well design.

Automatic generation of reports based on generated data allows optimizing the process of generating daily drilling reports, casing reports, drilling efficiency reports, NPV reports, operational drilling reports, factor analysis and other materials.

  • "Reference Data Editor" is designed to support and update reference information of the WellReport LP PC. The program ensures the formation of reference information on well construction in the database at the corporate level and the transfer of this information to drilling site levels.

  • The administration module provides management of user accounts and provision of the required level of access to objects. The program also configures rights to launch programs of the complex and monitors user actions.
