A special tool for finishing holes drilled in metal, wood or other material is a reamer. Its use allows you to achieve the desired geometric parameters, dimensions and roughness of the product. It is available in two types - manual and machine. The device consists of 3 structural elements - the working part, the neck and the shank. The working part has cutting edges in an even number from 6 to 16. The neck serves to exit the reamer after boring, and the shank is for fixing. The design and diameter of the reamer are established by GOST 3509-71. The size range is 3-58 mm. The step size can be adjusted.
