Drilling fluid Support

The service includes the following stages:

• development of well flushing programs for all drilling sections, their coordination with the customer;
• joint work with the Customer's Research and Development Center on the development and implementation of new, more effective reagents, materials, and drilling fluid systems;
• mobilization (demobilization) of equipment, materials and personnel, including preparatory (final) work;
• delivery of drilling mud or materials and chemical reagents for the preparation of drilling mud and the elimination of complications at the site of service provision;
• preservation, transportation and storage of hydrocarbon-based drilling fluid (OBD) remaining at the end of drilling an interval;
• preparation and processing of drilling mud BR in accordance with design (required) indicators;
• 24/7 engineering support for drilling fluids. At least four measurements per day of drilling fluid properties are taken, according to the parameters for each type of fluid;
• issuing recommendations for improving the properties of drilling fluid;
• Providing a daily summary of drilling fluid (DF) parameters and chemical reagent consumption;
• inter-section duty;
• providing suggestions for improving the properties of drilling fluid based on experience in drilling previous wells;
• preparation of BR and packs of solution for the preparation of liquid to eliminate complications;
• preparation of reports on drilling fluids and work performed, etc.
