APPLICATION
ECTABLOCK GLA reduces the risk of drilling tool failure, prevents shale fragmentation, and prevents borehole wall collapse. Furthermore, the resinous polymer increases the mud's resistance to high temperatures and improves its lubricating properties.
PROCESSING RECOMMENDATIONS
The resinous polymer should be slowly and gradually added to the solution through a mixing funnel or directly into the container. The addition rate should not exceed one bag every 15-20 minutes. To protect the borehole walls from damage, the recommended concentration is 5-17 kg/m³, and to reduce torque, 3-9 kg/m³.
