PO "InSystens" is one of the largest tool manufacturing enterprises in Russia. The enterprise's machine park consists of over 50 CNC machines and is constantly evolving. The company has its own research laboratories and a design bureau, where specialists, using advanced world experience, are constantly studying and developing metal-cutting tools.

To meet the needs of metalworking industries with tool products, the enterprise launched a workshop for the production of carbide tools, a carbide processing workshop, a workshop for hardening in an oxidizing atmosphere and in salts. In 2023, it is planned to master new production capacities and technologies, namely, the application of wear-resistant coatings to metal-cutting tools, vacuum hardening, carburizing with subsequent hardening.

PO "InSystens" organizes its activities as a comprehensive supplier of metalworking tools and equipment, for which the company's specialists have selected and supplied tools and equipment from Chinese manufacturers. At the same time, all tools, both domestic and Chinese, are used in our production, including when processing tool steels, special invar and titanium alloys, and are implemented at many enterprises of the defense industry and mechanical engineering.
