Areas of use
ASTM Class III, a highly sensitive fine grain and high contrast film, is suitable for testing a wide variety of samples using low and high voltage X-ray and gamma radiation sources.
It is especially useful if a highly active source of gamma radiation is not available, or when checking very thick samples. IX150 is used with direct exposure or lead shields.
