Gas pumping units are equipped with a gas turbine or electric drive.

Specifications

GCUs of the Irtysh series are supplied in power classes from 4 to 34 MW for various facilities.

• Linear compressor stations of main gas pipelines (LKS);

• Booster compressor stations of gas gathering facilities (BCS);

Of the design features of the GCU series "Irtysh", it can be noted:

• compressor oil station in the form of a separate unit that does not interfere with dismantling the flow path and simplifies maintenance of the compressor, multiplier and gas seal system;

• complete fuel gas preparation units on their own frame, with the possibility of completing with stationary equipment for dismantling filter covers;

• a variant of using the buffer gas booster module, which includes two piston compressors with an electric motor as a drive, a support frame, auxiliary systems and ACS elements, arranged in a block box with mounted life support systems;

• the possibility of completing the units with MIZHU blocks (isothermal modules of liquid carbon dioxide) instead of the traditional gallery of fire-extinguishing cylinders, etc.

Advantages of the supplied gas-pumping units "Irtysh":

• 3D design in the early stages of the project. Creation of a full three-dimensional model of a GPU based on a database of models of individual blocks and systems and unified elements

• Testing and prototyping before shipment to the Customer

• In addition to the control of assemblies and finished units of equipment, PKIs are subjected to tests and checks.

• Application of modern energy-efficient centrifugal compressor units as part of GPUs, including: manufactured by Siemens and manufactured by INGK (together with Thermodyn), localized in the Russian Federation.

• Possibility of using drives and compressors from different manufacturers , depending on the customer's requirements

• Possibility of execution with different types of drive : gas, steam turbine, electric motor

• Full factory readiness and block delivery of GPU

A kind of exception to the "blockiness" rule is still the shipment of a hangar-type shelter, which, due to dimensional restrictions, is made of several modules. Nevertheless, the analysis carried out by the specialists of INGK LLC showed the fundamental possibility of reducing the number of factory-assembled modules in the near future.
