Axial pumps of the OV (OPV) type are designed for pumping water with a suspended particle content of not more than 3 g / l (0.3%), a maximum mass concentration of 0.3%, a size of not more than 0.2 mm, of which no more than abrasive particles 2%, with temperatures up to +35 °С. By special order, pumps can be made for pumping sea water. They are used for circulating water supply of thermal and nuclear power plants, in irrigation systems, in industry and other sectors of the national economy.
Overview:

Structurally, axial flow pumps are similar and consist of the following assembly units: body parts, guide bearings, rotor, blade turning drive (for OPV pumps). Guide bearings with rubber inserts are lubricated with water.

Axial pumps are manufactured in the following types: OV - vertical axial pump with fixed impeller blades, OPV - vertical axial pump with impeller blade rotation drive.

7 models (2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 16) of the following modifications depending on the pump size:

  • K - with a chamber type supply
  • without designation - with elbow connection
  • M - small
  • MB - monoblock
  • G - with a hydraulic drive for turning the blades
  • E - with an electromechanical drive for turning the blades
  • MBK - monoblock with chamber type supply
