Control of remote drilling objects by transmitting information from the drilling site to the Customer's office via communication channels. WellOnline LP IS allows an oil and gas producing company to create its own information resource on well construction. The system provides the company's management with complete and accurate information on the well construction process, current work, research and expenses. WellOnline LP solves various geological, technological and economic problems, and also automates the process of generating reporting documentation by personnel. WellOnline LP IS runs on the Astra Linux operating system (Orel or Smolensk) and uses the PostgreSQL 14 or newer database.

Functionality of the information system
At the drilling site, the WellOnline LP IS is installed on a computer connected to the data collection system and solves the following tasks:
- Receiving data from GTI/SKPB/MWD/LWD stations.
- Data visualization.
- Placing data into the drilling site database.
- Transfer of data to the Customer's office in real time and in batch mode.
At the Customer’s office, the WellOnline LP IS is installed on the company’s server and performs the following functions:
- Obtaining data from drilling sites.
- Placing the received data in the office database.
- Data visualization in graphical and tabular format.
Advantages of WellOnline LP IS

The capabilities of the WellOnline LP IS for working with GTI/MWD/LWD stations from various manufacturers allow the Customer to use the existing fleet of stations, eliminating the need to choose in favor of any one type of station. The system's focus on working with a wide range of protocols (WITS 0/WITSML/OPC UA/MODBUS and many others) provides the WellOnline LP IS user with the ability to independently expand the list of received parameters.

All WellOnline LP IS applications work in any WEB browser that supports HTML 5 and do not require installation on the client computer.
- Reliability of WellOnline LP IS
WellOnline LP IS ensures the formation of a local database at the drilling site. In case of loss of connection with the office server, undelivered data will be transmitted after the transmission is resumed.
The WellOnline LP information system will allow the company to create its own information resource, independent of sources of information, and ensure complete and unconditional ownership of this resource.
The WellOnline LP IS consists of the following subsystems:
- subsystem for obtaining data from measuring instruments/data sources;
- data transmission and reception subsystem;
- reference data generation subsystem;
- subsystem for generating design data;
- subsystem for recording production information and generating reports;
- visualization subsystem.
Data acquisition subsystem
The WellOnline LP IS includes a set of modules that allow receiving data from most well logging stations of Russian manufacturers, as well as any well logging stations, MWD, LWD, cementing control stations, drilling process control stations that support data provision via WITS 0/WITSML/OPC UA/MODBUS protocols.
Data transmission and reception subsystem
The subsystem is used to transfer data between drilling sites and the Customer's office, accumulate data on the receiving side, and configure and control the transfer.
Visualization subsystem
Provides viewing of database data in graphical and tabular form using a standard Internet browser.
