Types of heat treatment used at VEIZ:

  • Volumetric quenching with water or oil;
  • Annealing;
  • Normalization;
  • Vacation;
  • Cementation (saturation of the surface layer with carbon);
  • Surface hardening (SH).

Currently, the enterprise operates several chamber electric furnaces, as well as salt shaft furnaces.
Maximum dimensions of the working chamber: 600x600x1700mm.
