Circular knives with a diameter of up to 400 mm for cutting metal are manufactured in 40 standard knife sizes with an outer diameter of D = 125-370 mm, with a mounting hole d = 40-240 mm, and a height of B = 6-30 mm according to TU 14-1-1146-74 from alloy steels DIN No. 1.2542 with a hardness of 50 ... 55 HRC or DIN No. 1.2379 56 ... 61 HRC.
