Subject of sale: property complex with a land plot with a total area of 9,332 sq.m.

Location of the Property: Kazakhstan, reg. Aktobe, Aktobe, with. Kargalinskoye, st. Satpayev, d. 92/1.

Initial offer price: 5,175,000 (Five million one hundred seventy five thousand)   rubles 00 kopecks, VAT is not taxed.

Minimum bid price (cut-off price): 4,875,000 (Four million eight hundred seventy-five thousand)   rubles 00 kopecks, VAT is not taxed.

Price reduction step: 100,000 (One hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks.

Price increase step: 100,000 (One hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks.

Deposit amount: 100,000 (One hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, VAT is not taxed.

Requirements for electronic signature of participants: there is no requirement for the use of electronic signatures , procurement participants are allowed to submit applications without using electronic signatures .

Deposit payment procedure: in order to participate in tenders, the applicant (applicant) must conclude a deposit agreement with the organizer (LLC ST Group) and transfer the deposit under the terms of the said agreement to secure payment for the acquired Property. The deposit must be credited to the organizer's account indicated in the deposit agreement no later than November 25, 2019. The deposit listed by the auction winner is counted towards the payment of the property. The bidders who are not winners, the sums of the deposits made by them shall be returned within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of registration of the protocol on the results of the bidding on the details of the participant specified in the deposit agreement.
