The HA665AC-NDJA0 is the highest-rated variant in the G12R TOPCon bifacial series, delivering a maximum power output of 665W. It utilizes innovative rectangular silicon wafers (G12R) and half-cut cell technology to achieve high efficiency. Designed for a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, it reduces balance of system costs. The module withstands snow loads of 5400 Pa and wind loads of 2400 Pa. Its bifacial design allows additional energy capture from the rear side.
