The GW140-3.0/3.4 MW is a low-wind-speed onshore wind turbine from Goldwind's 3S platform. It features a rotor diameter of 140 meters and a scalable power rating of 3.0 to 3.4 MW. The turbine is designed for ultra-low wind conditions, capable of operating in projects with average wind speeds as low as 5.2 m/s. It is available with hub heights of up to 140 meters. The model is an evolution of the 2.5 MW Vensys 90/100 series and has gained recognition as the "Gold for Goldwind" in the 3MW-plus class.
