The EN-182/5.0 MW is a fifth-generation smart wind turbine with a rotor diameter of 182 meters and a rated capacity of 5.0 MW. It is designed for high-wind and moderate-wind sites, featuring an 89-meter blade with tubular steel tower and a hub height of up to 140 meters. The turbine offers over 40% higher annual energy production compared to the previous EN156/3.3MW platform and delivers the lowest levelized cost of energy (LCoE).
