SAZ Two-Phase Soft Starter

The SAZ is a two‑phase controlled soft start device designed for cabinet mounting. It snaps onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail and is housed in IP20 protection. The device features a switchgear‑friendly terminal arrangement and a compact form factor that fits into any control cabinet, making it well‑suited for retrofit installations. Acceleration time and initial motor torque are independently adjustable via potentiometers located behind a removable front cover. After the adjustable ramp‑up time, once the motor reaches full current, a relay contact bypasses both power semiconductors, allowing the motor to run directly on the mains supply.
