RE Series Coaxial Helical Geared Motor

The RE series is a range of coaxial helical geared motors featuring a cast‑iron housing (foot or flange mounting) and compact construction. The gearbox is made of spheroidal cast iron for maximum torque ratings, with case‑hardened and ground helical gears (accuracy class 6–7 according to ISO 6336). Available as a complete geared motor with an integral motor (RE) or as a gearbox for use with a customer’s own motor (RKE with B5 input flange). The RE series covers a power range from 0.12 kW up to 90 kW with output torques up to 19,000 Nm. Gear ratios are available in 2 or 4 stages, offering a wide variety of output speeds. The motors in the range can be supplied with single or double output shafts, in IM B3 (foot) or IM B5 (flange) mounting configurations, and with accessories such as brakes and encoders. All motors are built to comply with international IEC standards. The product can also be supplied as a bare shaft gearbox (RKE) without a motor, allowing for flexible integration with other motor brands. Typical applications include conveyors, mixers, agitators, extruders, winches, crushers, and general industrial machinery requiring high torque and reliable speed reduction.
