High Voltage Salient Pole Synchronous Generator, Air‑Water Cooled

A high voltage salient pole synchronous generator with air‑water cooling technology, designed for power generation applications. The generator complies with IEC 60034 and uses cooling technique IC81W / TEAWC (totally enclosed, air‑water cooled), with additional external ventilation by an auxiliary fan (IC86W). It is available in IEC sizes up to 2600, with a performance range up to 50 MVA and up to 50 poles. The generator offers voltages up to 15,000 V, protection rating up to IP55, and insulation class F or H for the stator (F standard, H on demand) and class F for the rotor (H available on demand). The standard design is V1 (IM8425), with special designs available on request. The generator features a drum‑type rotor and a brushless AC exciter with PMG, and various automatic voltage regulators (AVRs).
