Distribution transformers

We manufacture conventional distribution transformers according to the technical specifications and requirements of our customers. Voltage regulation is performed in an off-load condition. The cores are constructed from laser-treated, high-permeability steel sheets, which are cut longitudinally and transversely using our in-house automated lines. The windings are made from aluminium and copper conductors with various insulation types on automatic winding machines. The standard tank design includes corrugated walls and a hermetically sealed system, ensuring maintenance-free operation throughout the transformer's lifecycle. Upon customer request, we can also provide tanks with an open breathing system. Special attention is given to the design of the active part to ensure mechanical resistance to three-phase short-circuit forces. Our vacuum drying and oil-filling process in specialized "LFH" facilities achieves uniform drying of insulating materials, ensuring a longer lifespan for the transformers.

Distribution transformers with voltage regulation under load

Distribution transformers with voltage regulation under load automatically maintain the grid voltage within permissible levels. They are equipped with a compact on-load tap changer that does not affect the transformer's dimensions. We have been manufacturing them for many years according to the technical specifications and requirements of our customers, using the same technology as for our conventional distribution transformers.

Energy efficient distribution transformers

We manufacture transformers in compliance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 548/2014 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products. We meet all prescribed requirements for minimum energy efficiency and successfully fulfil other, more stringent customer demands.

Transformers for the energy transition

In line with current trends and supporting the EU's climate and energy policy objectives, we produce transformers that meet the demands of the green energy transition. These include transformers for renewable energy power plants and facilities, such as solar power plants and cogeneration plants, as well as transformers for electric vehicle charging stations. Additionally, upon customer request and for internal purposes, we perform carbon footprint reduction calculations for our transformers in accordance with ISO 14067, ISO 14025, and EN 50693 standards, contributing to a greener, more sustainable energy future.

Distribution transformers with reduced EMF

We manufacture distribution transformers with reduced electromagnetic field to meet specific customer requirements for permissible magnetic induction levels at 50 Hz, in accordance with national regulations on electromagnetic field protection.
